Our Grayslake office is located at 205 Commerce Drive, Suite C. 

Commerce Drive is 1 block east of Atkinson Road.  Atkinson Road runs north and south and is east of Route 83 and west of Route 45.  The closest major roads to the office that go east and west are Belvidere Road (Route 120) to the south, Center Street to the north, and Washington Street farther north.  Our office is located in a one-story professional building on the southeast corner of Commerce Drive and Progress Drive.  The office is very close to the Grayslake Park District Office and the Grayslake Post Office and is also near the College of Lake County.

Parking & Entrance
The entrance to our office (Suite C) is located on the southeast side of the building facing Progress Drive to the south.  The building to the immediate east of our building and our entrance is Children's Corner Montessori School.

Look for the following sign on the southeast corner of Commerce Drive and Progress Drive which is lit up at night:

You can enter the parking lot from Commerce Drive or from Progress Drive.  If the parking lot is full, you can also park on the street.  When you enter our suite, please proceed to the waiting room, flip the light switch for office # 2 to indicate that you have arrived, and then be seated in the waiting room. 

If you have not completed your first appointment paperwork prior to your arrival (see our Forms & Policies page for the forms), we will leave the forms for you on a clipboard on the table in the waiting room.  Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete them.
 

Direction from the east or west on Belvidere Road (Route 120)
Take Belvidere Road (Route 120) to Atkinson Road.  Atkinson is the first stop light west of Route 45 and the first stop light east of Route 83.  At the northeast corner of the intersection of Belvidere and Atkinson is Rockenbach Chevrolet.  At the southwest corner of the intersection is a shopping center with a Bank of America, a Jewel-Osco, an Ace Hardware and other stores.  Turn north onto Atkinson.  Turn right onto S Corporate Circle, the first street to your right (there is a Rockenbach Chevrolet sign at this corner).  Turn left onto Commerce Drive, the first street to your left.  Turn right onto Progress Drive, the first street to your right.  Turn left into the first parking lot entrance to your left and park.  See Parking & Entrance above for further directions. 
 

Directions from the east or west on Washington Street  
Take Washington to Atkinson Road.  Atkinson is west of Route 45 and east of Route 83.  Turn south on Atkinson.  After you cross Center Street, turn left onto Hoffner Drive, the first street to your left.  At the first stop sign, turn right onto Commerce Drive.  Go past the first street to your left (N Corporate Circle) and turn left onto Progress Drive, the second street to your left.  Turn left into the first parking lot entrance to your left and park.  See Parking & Entrance above for further directions. 
 

Directions from the north or south on Route 45
From the north, take Route 45 to Center Street and turn right.  At the next stop light (Atkinson Road), turn left.  Then turn left onto Hoffner Drive, the first street to your left.  At the first stop sign, turn right onto Commerce Drive.  Go past the first street to your left (N Corporate Circle) and turn left onto Progress Drive, the second street to your left.  Turn left into the first parking lot entrance to your left and park.  See Parking & Entrance above for further directions.

Directions from the north or south on Route 83
From the north, take Route 83 to Center Street and turn left.  At the next stop light (Atkinson Road), turn right.  Then turn left onto Hoffner Drive, the first street to your left.  At the first stop sign, turn right onto Commerce Drive.  Go past the first street to your left (N Corporate Circle) and turn left onto Progress Drive, the second street to your left.  Turn left into the first parking lot entrance to your left and park.  See Parking & Entrance above for further directions.

Directions from the north or south on the Tri-State Tollway (I-94)
From the north, exit at Milwaukee Ave. (Illinois Route 21).  At the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Milwaukee Ave.  After almost 1 mile, look for a sign for Route 120 West and turn right onto the ramp at the stop light.  See Directions from the east or west on Belvidere Road (Route 120) above for further directions.
