Jon Cole, Ph.D.

Dr. Cole received an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology
from Auburn University
in 1983 and 1988 respectively. 

He has worked at community health centers, medical centers, private mental health groups and agencies,
and in private practice. 

Dr. Cole has provided direct
clinical services (individual,
couples, family and group therapy)
for adults, adolescents and children presenting with a wide range
of issues and problems.

In addition to his direct work
with clients, he has had
administrative and supervisory experience.  Most recently,
he was the Director of Counseling
and Psychotherapy Services
at Howard Brown Health Center
in Chicago (1997 through 2000).

Dr. Cole has been conducting
group presentations and
educational seminars since 1992
on topics such as:
- Stress Management
- Conflict Resolution
- Improving Communication
- Balancing Work and Family
- Managing Employee Performance Problems
- Sexual Orientation Issues 

Andrew Hoffman, Psy.D.

Dr. Hoffman received an M.S.
in Health Education from
Southern Illinois University
in 1989 and a Psy.D. in
Clinical Psychology from the
Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 1996.

He has worked at
community health centers,
residential treatment centers,
medical centers, private
mental health groups and agencies, and in private practice.

Dr. Hoffman has provided
direct clinical services
(individual, couples, family
and group therapy)
for adults, adolescents and children presenting with a wide range
of issues and problems.

In addition to his direct work with clients, he has had experience supervising therapists in training.

Dr. Hoffman has been conducting
group presentations and
educational seminars since 1990
on topics such as:

- Smoking Cessation
- Weight Management
- Dealing with Depression
- Sexual Orientation Issues
- HIV/AIDS Issues
