
Andrew Hoffman, Psy.D.
Dr. Hoffman received
a B.S. in
Community Health and an M.S.
in Health Education from
Southern Illinois University
in 1986 and 1989 respectively
and a Psy.D. in
Clinical Psychology
from the
Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 1996.
He has worked at
community health
centers,
residential treatment centers,
medical centers, private
mental health groups and agencies,
and in private practice.
He has been working at the
Center For Positive Change since 2001.
Dr. Hoffman has
provided
direct clinical services
(individual,
couples, family
and group
therapy)
for adults, adolescents and children presenting with a wide range
of issues and problems.
He currently provides individual
and couples counseling for adults.
In addition to his direct work
with clients, he has had experience supervising
therapists in training.
Dr. Hoffman has

conducted
group presentations and
educational seminars
on topics such as:
